SOS Local
SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE
As we gear up for another school year, we’re partnering with Fallstaff Elementary/Middle School, one of the most diverse schools in Baltimore with around 550 students. Together, we’re providing school supplies to support families in need before school starts.
SARAH’S HOUSE
Help prepare meals for the residents of Sarah’s House, an emergency shelter for families who may not have access to affordable housing.
1st Saturdays.
GRASSROOTS
Help prepare meals for the residents of Grassroots, an emergency transitional crisis center in Howard County, Maryland.
3rd Saturdays.
FESTIVAL OF HOPE
Help us support kids and families in need in our community by dropping off grocery-store gift cards at New Hope, giving online, or donating groceries.
GARDEN OF HOPE
Help us tend to our on-campus garden and grow nutritious fruits and vegetables for families experiencing food insecurity in our community.
Serve times are flexible.
FOOD FOR SENIORS
New Hope’s Food for Seniors ministry is a community outreach ministry that delivers groceries free of charge to economically challenged seniors in Howard County.
